Oxford Bus Company and Stagecoach update Covid bus pass extension policy

Since March 2020, bus pass holders who have been unable to attend work in person (and therefore unable to utilise their pass) have been able to freeze their passes until needed again. This was put in place to allow passengers to keep their bus pass and remaining value ready for a later date when returning to a more regular working condition or pattern.

From 11 October 2021, this scheme will come to a close and any ‘frozen’ passes that haven’t already been reactivated will automatically be considered active.
